I dont remember being given one when I opened my account. Could someone please tell me how to obtain one before I freak out completely. My money is in limbo on my account right now. :'(

Unfortunately you have to get it wrong 5 times so they can reset it. They willl send you an email and you have to wait 3 days to respond in whic you will be able to log out and back in to set one up..

when you joined you set a username a password and a pin number,,,you didnt write then down did you.
Well had lesson but it''ll be 2 weeks before you can access it i'm afraid.
You need to contact sr support asap so they can start the count down fpr a pin reset.

Honestly I've heard a lot of reports of it not requesting a pin when setting up the account. I'm starting to believe it. Could be a glitch and they just have to wait a week. Honestly though, the btc value has been rising and they've gone their whole lives without ordering on the SR. If they can't wait another week there's something wrong. Maybe not enough caution entering the situation? One way or another their money is currently accruing interest in this economy.
